Southwest Airlines CEO Bob Jordan says carrier's 'story not fully written' as recovery continues

Three months after Dallas-based Southwest canceled more than 16,700 flights affecting about 2 million people during the holidays, CEO Bob Jordan said the company has a plan to "significantly reduce the likelihood of repeating an event of that magnitude and impact."
