Florida police investigating whether driver who struck and killed dog-walker set his SUV on fire

Florida Highway Patrol released photos suggesting that the driver of the SUV believed to have struck and killed a man walking his dog might have set the vehicle on fire afterward to attempt to cover his tracks.
