Delivery Drivers, Inc. (DDI), a leading third-party administrator specializing in last-mile delivery, announced their Director of Strategic Partnerships, Carly Fliesher, was appointed co-chairman of the Express Carriers Association (ECA) Technology Committee.

The Express Carriers Association is governed by a Board of Directors elected by and from the general membership. Being a member of this association requires a three-year dedication. During her time as co-chair, Fliesher will build industry connections and offer knowledgeable support to the ECA.
Fliesher has a deep passion for building relationships, making her the 'networker' of DDI. She finds her role as Director of Strategic Partnerships deeply rewarding. Fliesher joined DDI in 2012, left for an opportunity at GrubHub in 2017, and returned to DDI in 2019. With her experience, she witnessed first-hand the incredible growth in the gig economy in which DDI operates. Her deep understanding and fundamental knowledge of the last-mile industry means she can confidently provide accurate and timely knowledge to DDI's channel partners, paving the way for their success.
The Express Carriers Association's (ECA) mission is to foster business relationships through innovative networking between local/regional carriers and national shippers or vendors in the transportation industry, while also providing its members with continuing education on transportation industry issues. The ECA accomplishes this by providing information, education, referrals, and the opportunity to network in order to form logistical partnerships between carriers and shippers, assisting carriers and shippers in taking advantage of the new technology and transportation solutions, building awareness of regional and specialized carriers as a viable supply chain alternative, and building awareness of ECA vendors' products and services, and supporting partnerships among ECA members.
