Cookie, taco concepts sign on to Gibson Mill adaptive-reuse project in Concord

Cara’s Cookie Co. and Taco Street have signed deals at Gibson Mill. That historic textile mill has roughly 45,000 square feet dedicated to food hall-style dining, shopping and entertainment.
