A 'dive bar,' but for wine: Longtime friends to open Bar à Vins in NoDa

"We just really wanted to create a place in NoDa that had a dive bar feel, but for wine,” Natalie Stewart says. She and fellow sommelier Jeff Kellogg will open Bar à Vins early next year at 3206 N. Davidson St.
