Petters Ponzi scheme recovery nears finish, after 13 years and $722 million

The trustee charged with helping victims of Tom Petters' Ponzi scheme recover their losses is nearing the end of his work, asking a court last week to approve final fees and wrap up the receivership that has tracked down hundreds of millions of dollars since the scheme fell apart more than a decade ago.
