Former councilwoman to report to prison, says she's 'optimistic' about the future

Tamaya Dennard, the former Cincinnati councilwoman who pleaded guilty last year to a federal corruption charge, is scheduled to report to a prison in West Virginia by today to begin serving an 18-month sentence.
