Sittenfeld wants judge to allow him to release recordings, says prosecutor made prejudicial statements

Councilman P.G. Sittenfeld’s attorneys have filed a motion in federal court accusing the U.S. attorney’s office of making unfair, prejudicial statements and asked a judge to allow him to disclose any recording where he is a party.
