Light the Hoan — First look at bridge's arches lit up over the city: Slideshow

The installation of the lighting for the first phase of the Light the Hoan project is nearly complete and testing has began on the civic project of lighting the west side of the Daniel Hoan Memorial Bridge spanning across Interstate 794 in Milwaukee.
