Panel faults Nike for allowing testosterone test at the company's headquarters

The panel, working on behalf of the United States Anti-Doping Agency, late Monday said it "is concerned" that Nike-backed Oregon Project coach Alberto Salazar ran an experiment at Nike's headquarters in which he tested the impact of testosterone on his sons.
