Barrett wants streetcar extended by time of Democratic National Convention

Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett aims to have the downtown Milwaukee streetcar extended to West Wisconsin Avenue in time for the Democratic National Convention next year, and said that project is the first leg of bringing the system to the Bronzeville neighborhood.
