Kimberly-Clark plant in Fox Valley may stay open after labor agreement

Kimberly-Clark Corp. said Tuesday that United Steelworkers have ratified a new agreement with the company that could preserve one of the Fox Valley plants slated for closure — and its 500 jobs — if the state and the company can come to an agreement on incentives.
