Ten years ago, Central Ohio developers wondered aloud whether we'd ever get another addition to the skyline. Times have changed. Columbus has three skyscrapers over 20 stories in the works, and a handful more high rises of 12-plus stories are in planning or under construction in Downtown and the Short North.
