ZTEST Announces Resignation of CEO


North York, Ontario (FSCwire) - ZTEST Electronics Inc. (“ZTEST” or the “Company”) (CSE - “ZTE”) wishes to announce that Ted Drzazga, President and CEO of the Company, will be resigning as Chairman, President, CEO and a Director of ZTEST effective June 15, 2018. Mr. Drzazga will continue operating the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Permatech Electronics Corp., in the capacity of CEO of Permatech.  The Board of Directors wish to thank Mr. Drzazga for his more than 20 years of service to the Company as CEO and look forward to dealing with him in his continuing role at Permatech.  The Board of Directors will be embarking upon a search for a new CEO in the near future.

Further to its Press Release of January 31, 2018 relating to the closing of the first tranche of its Financing, the Company did not sell any further WC Units and wishes to advise that the Financing has been terminated.
