WHAT:    New Mural Announcement - Jefferson Gateway Mural
         Mural Arts Program (MAP) will announce details of a new mural
         celebrating Jefferson's nearly two centuries of combining the
         latest advances in academic medicine with patient-centered
         compassionate healthcare.

WHEN:    Wednesday, October 17, 2007 at 10:30 AM.

WHERE:   Bank of America Banking Center, 10th and Chestnut Streets.

DETAILS: On the occasion of the grand opening of the Bank of America
         banking center at 10th and Chestnut Streets, the City of
         Philadelphia Mural Arts Program (MAP) will announce that
         Pennsylvania REIT (PREIT), Bank of America and Tasty Baking
         Company, (collectively the "Sponsors") are sponsoring the
         creation of a nine story mural to be known as the Jefferson
         Gateway Mural.

         The mural, to be one of the largest murals ever created by
         the City of Philadelphia Mural Arts Program, will be located
         on the north face of the Martin Residence Hall at 11th and
         Walnut Streets, the western gateway to the Jefferson
         University campus. The mural will become a Philadelphia
         landmark welcoming generations of students, medical staff,
         patients and their families to Jefferson's campus.

         The Mural Arts Program and the Sponsors will host community
         participation days where local residents and workers, the
         Sponsors, their employees and families will be invited to
         participate in painting and other aspects of mural creation.
         The community participation days will be scheduled to be held
         at select PREIT Philadelphia regional malls. The Gallery at
         Market East, adjacent to the Jefferson Campus, will serve as
         the host facility for this project.

         communities, the talent and diversity of local artists, and
         the important role mural-making plays in Philadelphia's
