Fossil: No Valentine’s Day Bargain Here

It’s time to sell Fossil Group ( FOSL ). At least that’s the advice coming from Mizuho Securities analyst Betty Chen in a note published today. Chen downgraded the watch maker to an underperform and cut her price target to $19 from $25 a share ahead of the company’s fourth quarter earnings report, due Feb. 14. She argues that Fossil “may continue to face various headwinds in the year ahead, including weak demand for traditional watches.
