WINNIPEG, Manitoba - May 5, 2016 - PRLog -- Adrian Schulz, ACCI, president and CEO of Imperial Properties, one of Western Canada's leading property management firms, is slated to participate in two major real estate industry gatherings this month.
On May 22, Schulz will be speaking at the World Council of Managers as part of the 67th World Real Estate Congress in Panama City, Panama. The Council focuses on property management issues and is geared toward those who are actively involved in condominium and rental property administration and supervision.
Schulz's presentation will focus on the fiduciary duties and responsibilities of condominium board members, who serve a critical leadership role in their communities. As parties entrusted with property upkeep, financial matters and other management concerns, board members have a joint duty to residents as well as to the property itself.
"I'm very proud to have the opportunity to share my experience and knowledge with fellow industry leaders at the World Real Estate Congress," said Schulz. "This is a wonderful chance to meet and network with our international counterparts and to gain new knowledge and ideas, which I'm excited to bring back to my work with Imperial Properties."
The conference, which runs from May 21-26, is a gathering place for FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation. FIABCI is a business network for real estate professionals from around the world, with members in 65 countries. The organization and its annual conference promote the sharing of knowledge and information, as well as the conducting of business.
In addition, Schulz, who specializes in multi-family residential and commercial lease-up services, will be a panel judge for a session on "Tech Titans" at WEBCON, a rental housing industry conference being held in Niagara Falls on May 9-10.
"Being able to attend industry gatherings like WEBCON and the World Real Estate Congress is one of my favorite aspects of our work," said Schulz. "I enjoy being able to share the latest news from Imperial Properties with other industry professionals, and to gain their valuable insight as well."
