PREIT Completes Redemption of 11% Preferred Shares

Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (NYSE: PEI) announced today that it has completed its previously announced redemption of all of its 2.475 million outstanding 11% Non-Convertible Senior Preferred Shares.

The per share redemption price of $53.2486 includes $52.50 for each share plus accrued dividends of $0.7486 per share to the redemption date. The aggregate redemption price of approximately $131.8 million was funded using the Companys Credit Facility.
