In trading on Thursday, the PowerShares DWA Developed Markets Momentum Portfolio ETF (PIZ) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 0.9% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Hecla Mining (HL), up about 3% and shares of Ashford Hospitality Trust (AHT), up about 3% on the day.
