Only a close below $3 would change the short-term outlook to bearish for the stock. The daily chart also shows a golden cross where the 50 day moving average breaks above the 200-day average.
( click to enlarge )FormFactor, Inc. (NASDAQ:FORM) - Nice cup and handle formation on the chart, which suggests a further move upwards. Just need to break 6.63 and we could see a really nice move IMO . We can keep a stop loss at 5.76 on a closing basis.

The bounce from the 50-day MA makes it more authentic. The MACD is in buy signal and the RSI is moving up showing renewed strength. Ready for higher prices.
