Enterprise Partners says not moving forward with Wrangler

NEW YORK, Nov 16 (Reuters) - Enterprise Energy Partners said on Wednesday it is not moving forward on the Wrangler Project, an 800,000-barrel per day pipeline project previously under consideration with Enbridge Inc. to move crude out from the U.S. Midwest to the Gulf Coast.
