UPDATE 3-TransCanada says delays a threat to Keystone XL

CALGARY, Alberta, Nov 1 (Reuters) - An extended delay in approving TransCanada Corp's $7 billion Keystone XL pipeline or a forced rerouting of the controversial project would lead oil shippers and refiners to abandon their support for the line, the company's chief executive said on Tuesday.
