Victoria D. Harker, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The AES Corporation (NYSE: AES), will address the 2011 Barclays Capital CEO Energy-Power Conference on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at 4:25 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

There will be a formal presentation and a question and answer session. It will be open to the media and the public in a listen-only mode by webcast.
