UPDATE 1-Enbridge buys Tonbridge for power line project

Aug 16 (Reuters) - Enbridge Inc said it will buy Tonbridge Power Inc for about C$19.5 million, marking its entry into the power distribution market and giving it access to the fund-hit transmission line project linking Alberta and Montana.
