Grace Increases Prices for Concrete Admixtures and Decorative Concrete Products

Grace Construction Products, an operating segment of W. R. Grace & Co. (NYSE: GRA), today announced plans to increase prices on its concrete admixture and decorative concrete product lines on a global basis. The increases average from six to ten percent, depending on product, and will be effective on January 1, 2011, or as contracts allow.

Grace is providing price guidance four months in advance to support customer budget preparations for 2011.

Over the next thirty to sixty days, Grace sales representatives plan to contact customers individually to explain details of the product price increases.
