The GEO Group to Present Jointly with Cornell Companies at the 2010 Avondale Partners Corrections Conference in New York City

The GEO Group (NYSE: GEO) (“GEO”) announced today that GEO’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, George C. Zoley, will present jointly with James E. Hyman, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cornell Companies (NYSE:CRN) at the 2010 Avondale Partners Corrections Conference in New York City. The presentation is scheduled for Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at 3:00 PM (Eastern Time).
