(NASDAQ: RGF) (the “Company”), a leading health and wellness frozen and refrigerated food company, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering, subject to market and other conditions, to issue and sell shares of its Class A common stock. In connection with the offering, the Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of its Class A common stock in an amount up to 15% of the securities offered in the public offering. All of the shares of common stock to be sold in the proposed offering will be offered by the Company.
