Pavco’s experience spans over 30 years in leadership and growth roles, including a decade in executive leadership at IBM, primarily for public sector business groups. Most recently, she served as President & COO of Avantus, a mission-focused services and solutions company. Over three years, she helped drive eight acquisitions and one divestiture and transformed the leadership team from a small-business orientation to a competitive large-enterprise mindset. She has also held senior executive roles at Slalom Consulting and formed her own business consultancy, Three Bridges Consulting, LLC.
