While set in the same hauntingly beautiful universe as its predecessor, Undecember, ‘Dark December’ serves as a prequel that takes place much earlier in the timeline. The narrative provides a fresh entry point, designed to be fully accessible to newcomers while offering deep lore for returning fans. Players will uncover the origins of the world's corruption through a storyline that prioritizes immersion and narrative clarity.

Reimagined Combat and Camera Freedom

The most significant evolution in ‘Dark December’ is the introduction of a freely controllable camera, departing from the fixed perspectives of traditional ARPGs to allow for more dynamic and visceral combat.
