Dougherty brings over 25 years of executive leadership and acquisition experience in commercial & industrial services

Joe joins Skybound from Epika Fleet Services, a national provider of vehicle maintenance and repair services for commercial fleets, where he served as CEO. Under Joe’s leadership, Epika was among the fastest growing businesses in the commercial fleet services industry, completing 10+ acquisitions of founder-led businesses and driving impressive organic growth across its network of partner companies. Prior to Epika, Joe served in CEO, COO and executive-level roles at Dickinson Fleet Services, GE and Caterpillar.
