BTIG announced today the appointment of Vincent Van Gerven as a Managing Director within its Industrials Investment Banking group. Mr. Van Gerven will play a key role in deepening BTIG’s chemicals sector coverage and advancing the firm’s commitment to the broader industrials market.
Vincent Van Gerven has more than 13 years of experience advising strategic and sponsor-backed companies across specialty chemicals and materials, life sciences, distribution, and industrials sector. Most recently, he served as a Managing Director in Investment Banking at Guggenheim Securities, leading complex M&A and capital markets transactions for public and private clients. Prior to that, Mr. Van Gerven was an investment banker at BNP Paribas, where he specialized in industrials—including chemicals, paper & packaging, building materials, and diversified industrials. Earlier in his career, he worked at Rothschild & Co as part of the Global M&A Advisory Group in Brussels, advising on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic assignments across Europe.
