The new facility at 222 Fifth Avenue North in Seattle's vibrant South Lake Union district offers flexible, move-in-ready lab spaces equipped with advanced infrastructure tailored for life sciences research. As part of the CoLabs Incubator Program, AAHI joins a community of biotech innovators, benefiting from collaborative opportunities, shared resources, and proximity to Seattle's thriving biotech ecosystem.
"222 Fifth Welcomes Biotech Innovators to its CoLabs Incubator Program," said representatives from Lincoln Property Company and Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, the developers behind the building. This program provides emerging and established biotech organizations with the tools and environment needed to thrive, including Class A laboratory spaces and support for rapid scaling.
"This relocation comes at a pivotal time for AAHI as we continue to pioneer vaccine development," said Keeley Foley, CEO of AAHI. "The move to CoLabs will enhance our research capabilities, allowing for expanded collaboration and faster translation of scientific breakthroughs into real-world solutions.
"We are excited about this new chapter at CoLabs, which aligns perfectly with our commitment to innovation and accessibility in global health. This cutting-edge space will empower our team to push the boundaries of vaccine development and bring life-saving technologies to those who need them most."
Keeley Foley added, "AAHI extends special thanks to Kris Washburn and Blair Stern of JLL Seattle, who provided pro bono assistance in securing this ideal new home. Their expertise in life sciences real estate and dedication to supporting nonprofit missions were instrumental in making this transition seamless. Additionally, AAHI gratefully acknowledges Global Tech Equipment for their invaluable support, Emerald Blue for their professional moving and storage services, Move NW for their professional moving services, and our key collaborators including Lincoln Property Company, Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, and Excedr for their roles in facilitating this move and supporting the CoLabs ecosystem. AAHI highly recommends JLL Seattle, Global Tech Equipment, Emerald Blue, Move NW, CoLabs, and these partners for organizations seeking top-tier facilities, equipment solutions, relocation services, and advisory support."
