Sarah began her tenure at Bardavon as Director of Provider Acquisition, and over the past eight years, has held several leadership positions including Vice President of Network Partnership. Her passion for innovation and her deep understanding of provider and client needs have helped shape Bardavon's operational and network strategies.

Sarah Meyer brings deep expertise in network development, client experience, and operational leadership to her role as Chief Operations Officer at Bardavon. Before joining Bardavon in 2017, Sarah worked at Align Networks (eventually OneCall), a provider of specialty network management services for the workers’ compensation industry. There, she gained valuable experience in network development, sharpening her skills in delivering high-quality service to both providers and payors. Sarah is active in many organizations including her role as an Ambassador for the Alliance of Women in Workers' Compensation.
