Atlanta St. Jude Dream Home Tickets Went on Sale on May 16, 2024

One lucky ticket buyer will win a brand-new home built by The Providence Group

The Providence Group, the premier developer and homebuilder of award-winning neighborhoods throughout Atlanta, announces tickets are on sale for the 2024 St. Jude Dream Home in Atlanta. The Providence Group is one of Green Brick Partners, Inc.’s (NYSE: GRBK) subsidiary homebuilder brands. The home is located in The Providence Group’s newest neighborhood, Brackley, which is located just over a mile from the brand-new Cumming City Center. This is the second consecutive year The Providence Group has partnered with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® to build the Dream Home.

Tickets are available for $100 each starting May 16, 2024. All monies raised will support St. Jude in its work to advance treatments and a cure for life-threatening pediatric diseases. The fundraising tickets will remain on sale until the goal of 20,000 tickets sold is met, and the 2024 Atlanta St. Jude Dream Home will be raffled off on August 15, 2024 on live television. The Providence Group and its partners hope to raise $2+ million, with all the proceeds going directly to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

The 2024 St. Jude Dream Home broke ground in November of 2023. The home features an open concept design with 10-foot ceilings on the main floor. The 3-story home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and a main level with a chef’s kitchen overlooking the dining and family rooms. There is an oversized drive under the garage with a private side courtyard for outdoor entertainment. The plan has 2,676 square feet of living space with a covered front porch. There is a swimming pool and clubhouse within the neighborhood as well. With the interior and exterior of this one-of-a-kind, showcase home, you can see the commitment to both detail and excellence.

Just 1.5 miles from the new Cumming City Center and walkable to the new retail and office development of Mashburn Village, Brackley features elevated homes for every stage of life: single family homes from the Vintage and Carriage collections and townhomes from the Brownstone and Terrace collections.
