The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Texas Panhandle Centers with respect to their recent data breach. In mid-October 2023, Texas Panhandle Centers, which provides behavioral and developmental health services, became aware of an unauthorized party gaining access to its computer systems. An investigation completed in April 2024 revealed that files potentially taken by the bad actor may have contained sensitive personal information, including individuals name, dates of birth, driver’s license number and Social Security number.
