Ad tech and sales veteran to drive and execute growth strategy for programmatic DOOH leader

Following a rapid expansion into 13 countries, strategic acquisition of Sage+Archer in Europe and record breaking revenue quarters, Chen joins the Vistar executive team as a key player with extensive experience scaling companies into global operations.
As COO, Chen will oversee Vistar’s core revenue operations on both the demand and supply side, while driving and executing the company’s growth strategy.

Chen has more than 20 years experience in advertising technology and sales across global markets, where he has focused on helping companies optimize their business models while propelling them toward substantial growth. Specifically, he spent more than a decade in the startup space, most recently serving as COO at JW Player, a leading video SaaS platform. He was also a founding member of video publisher VEVO, held leadership positions at mobile SSPs Inneractive and Fyber, and spent more than 10 years at Microsoft and Nokia working across product, technology and sales.
