SHELTON, CT / ACCESSWIRE / April 27, 2023 / The Eastern Company (NASDAQ:EML) today announced the declaration of its regular quarterly cash dividend of eleven cents ($0.11) per share, payable June 15, 2023, to common shareholders of record as of May 15, 2023. This dividend represents the Company's 331st consecutive quarterly dividend.
