DPL Financial Partners augments team with tech integration strategist

Former SS&C Advent partnership lead Rachel Cameron will help drive strategic integrations

LOUISVILLE, KY, November 22, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- DPL Financial Partners ("DPL"), the leading insurance platform for registered investment advisors ("RIAs"), announced today the appointment of Rachel Cameron as director of strategic partnerships. Cameron's leadership in the creation of the Advent Insurance Marketplace Powered by DPL while at SS&C Advent, as well as other previous strategic management roles, give her the expertise needed to execute key partnerships at DPL.

"Rachel was instrumental in navigating SS&C Advent's partnership with DPL and integrating DPL's solutions and technology into the Black Diamond platform," said DPL Founder and CEO David Lau. "Her understanding of the technology requirements and workflow of RIAs will be invaluable as we continue to expand access to DPL's industry-leading insurance tools through strategic integration partnerships."

Prior to joining DPL, Cameron led key partnerships at Notarize, the first online notary platform. Before that, she spent almost eight years at SS&C Advent as head of partner integrations, for Black Diamond Wealth Platform. She began her career at State Farm Insurance before taking on various analyst and management roles at Merrill Lynch.

"I'm thrilled to join the DPL team and look forward to applying my knowledge and passion for integrated technology solutions and solving problems for advisors," said Cameron. "I'm very familiar with DPL's team and technology and am confident we can drive significant value for fee-based advisors seeking to grow their practices and deliver better outcomes with integrated insurance solutions."
