Item 7.01. Regulation FD.

On February 28, 2007, the Corporation filed its 2006 Annual Report on Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Annual Report to Shareholders, as filed, contained a typographical error on page 57 when the Corporation reported that there was an 11 percent increase in aggregates tonnage moved by its long-haul distribution network in 2006. The Corporation is correcting the error by reporting that there was a 4 percent increase in aggregates tonnage moved by its long-haul distribution network in 2006.
