M. Fazle Husain, a director of HealthStream, Inc., a Tennessee corporation (the “Company”), has informed the Board of Directors that he will resign from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective April 29, 2005. Mr. Husain had no disagreements with the Company, its Board of Directors or its management on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
