November 1, 2006, Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release
announcing certain preliminary financial information for the first quarter of fiscal year 2007, ended
September 30, 2006. A copy of such press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and will be published
on the Company’s web site at http://www.acs-inc.com.
