A. | Press Release Announcing the Completion of the Acquisition of CGI Management, Inc. |
On August 23, 2004, Capital Senior Living Corporation announced that it had completed its previously announced transaction with The Covenant Group of Texas, Inc. to acquire all of the outstanding stock of Covenants wholly owned subsidiary, CGI Management, Inc. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
