     Senior executives and other leaders of Visteon Corporation (the “Company”) are expected to make presentations on July 27, 2011 to investors and security analysts at the Company’s investor event in Van Buren Township, Mich., which will include a discussion of the Company’s global operations, products and technology. In connection with such presentations, the Company is making available the presentation slides attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which are incorporated herein by reference.
