On July 15, 2010, Fidelity Southern Corporation (“Fidelity”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations and financial condition for the quarter ended June 30, 2010. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
