On June 8, 2010, Protalix BioTherapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the completion of its phase I clinical trial of PRX-105, a plant cell expressed pegylated recombinant human acetylcholinesterase in development for biodefense indications. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
