Section 7 — Regulation FD
Item 7.01.   Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 14, 2009, LHC Group, Inc. (the “Company”) reported a qui tam lawsuit was filed in Tennessee entitled United States of America ex rel Sally Christine Summers v. LHC Group, Inc. claiming a violation of the “False Claims Act” at a single agency. Today, the Company received the court’s order granting the Company’s motion to dismiss the case.
A copy of the court’s order is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
