The Bank has made the following disclosure to the Indian Stock Exchanges under the Indian Listing Regulations.

 

This is further to our letter dated December 5, 2018. We would like to inform you that the Committee of Executive Directors of the Bank at its meeting held today has approved the proposal for domestic fund raising by way of issuance of senior unsecured long term bonds/ Basel III compliant unsecured subordinated perpetual Additional Tier 1 bonds in single/multiple tranches on private placement basis subject to business requirements/ market conditions.
