CELLCOM ISRAEL ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

 

NETANYA, Israel, October 8, 2015 – Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE: CEL) (the “Company”) announced today that its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) was held as planned on October 7, 2015, at which the following items were voted upon and duly approved by the Company’s shareholders:

 

(1-2) the re-election of Shlomo Waxe and Ephraim Kunda as directors;     
(3) the approval of an option grant to our CEO, Mr. Nir Sztern;
(4) the approval of the renewal and amendment of our management services agreement with Discount Investment Corporation Ltd.; and
(5) the reappointment of Somekh Chaikin, a member of KPMG International, as our independent auditor.
