On February 26, 2009, Gary G. Fitzgerald was appointed to the Board of
Directors of Chicopee Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") to serve in the class of
directors with terms expiring in 2012. Gary Fitzgerald, a certified public
accountant, will serve on the Audit Committee of the Board. Also on February 26,
2009, Edward J. Fitzgerald resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company.
Gary Fitzgerald is the son of Edward Fitzgerald.
