Paris, October 3rd, 2005. The expiry of the call option enabling EDF to increase its stake to 50% of Dalkia’s share capital will not affect the desire of EDF and Veolia Environnement to continue to strengthen their joint venture so as to benefit from opportunities in the European energy market.
